A new group started on 22nd January 2013 aimed at supporting both men and women who have experienced a difficult relationship break-up, we anticipate this group will start again in June 2013. If you would like to be a part of this group and would like more information, please contact us on 01424 428300.

A new self-help group will be starting on 15th January 2013 for female survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The group is aimed at providing a space where survivors will be able to ‘relate to each other about their thoughts, emotions, experiences and coping strategies in a safe and non-judgemental envoronment’. As you may know we’ve had our email hacked twice in the last few days.This has resulted in bogus emails being sent to you and we apologise for that.

So please start using this, which we hope will be more secure. This new address indicates our change of name to “Counselling Plus community“, which reflects the fact that we offer more than counselling and we now cover more than simply the Hastings and Rother area.

We have received no emails since Friday the 6th of July and are unable to retrieve them so please re-send to the new address any emails we need to act upon.

These hacking activities have led to an enormous amount of extra work for the staff here, so please bear with us whilst we try to retrieve what we can and catch up on messages which have been lost or delayed.

Our grant for providing Couples Counselling has now ended. As this service proved useful to many clients, we now offer a block of 6 sessions at fixed charge of £15 per couple/per session.
